Refund policy

At Cockroach Janta Clothing, we want every customer to receive the right product in good condition. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong size delivered by us
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Product lost in transit and confirmed by courier partner
  • Order cancelled before dispatch

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice wherever applicable.

Refund Request Timeline

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Registered phone number or email ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Photos of packaging
  • Description of the issue

Requests raised after the eligible timeline may not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Product is returned without original tags or packaging
  • Customer ordered the wrong size
  • Customer changed their mind after delivery
  • Minor color variation due to screen/display settings
  • Delay caused by courier/logistics partners
  • Final sale or clearance sale items, if marked non-refundable
  • Customized or specially made products, if applicable

Refund Approval Process

Once your refund request is received, our team will review the details and may ask for additional photos, videos, or information.

If the return is approved, the product may need to be picked up or shipped back to us for inspection.

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway.

Refund Mode

Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method used while placing the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, if available, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, store credit, or any other method approved by Cockroach Janta Clothing.

Replacement Instead of Refund

In cases of wrong, damaged, or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternate product, store credit, or refund.

Cancellation Refunds

Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return or exchange as per our policy.
