Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days after confirmation.

Since some products may be printed or packed in limited batches, dispatch may take up to 5–7 working days during launch periods, high demand, sale periods, or limited drops.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timeline after dispatch:

Metro cities: 3–5 working days
Other cities and towns: 5–8 working days
Remote locations: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier serviceability, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, lockdowns, or other situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, prepaid orders, limited drops, or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other contact method provided during checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Cockroach Janta Clothing will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect address
Incomplete address
Wrong phone number
Customer not available at delivery location
Refusal to accept delivery

If an order is returned due to incorrect customer information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Delayed Delivery

While we try our best to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may happen due to logistics or operational reasons.

Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please take photos or videos before accepting/opening it.

For damaged, wrong, or defective products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos.
